Two Thousand and Nine

So here we are, Christmas Eve 2009. The year is coming to an end and making way for a new year and a new decade...

Lots has happened for us this year including many a memorable gig, most notably our sell out launch party at The Lexington in September. Thanks to everyone who came down and made the night possible. That goes for every other show we've played. Couldn't have done it without ya'll!

We've hit London hard over the past 12 months so now we are focusing our attention on conquering new land in 2010. Also we'll be going back into the studio in january to work on some new stuff for your ears pleasure. New releases planned for spring/summer 2010. Watch this space.

Whilst I still find the majority of modern music a struggle, we have come across some awesome bands over the last year. Dawes and Chief from California to name but two. These guys are making some truly great music. Check em' out. There have also been some great shows this year including Wilco and Dan Auerbach. Wilco continue to blow me away time after time. They make music for music's sake.

There have also been some shit shows... The Felice Brothers and The Duke and the King really sucked balls in my humble opinion. Maybe it's a family thing. Really arrogant(in a bad way), loose, clumsy and careless. But there we go. Keep doing your thing guys, we wish you well.

I've just had to pay a £60 congestion fine(BASTARDS!) but I'm home, I'm happy and listening to some Palace Brothers. The belly is prepared for a feast and the presents are wrapped. Happy christmas to you all and thanks for all your support and love this year. Anyway, enough of my yakkin', let's boogie!

P.S. In the most selfless manner possible, our EP 'To Bury the Past' is still available if any of you need to get some last minute presents...
